Patient Service Representative - West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital : Job Details

The Patient Service Representative performs financial functions for Patient Accounting. The functions include patient assistance/ education on their accounts, maintenance of patient billing records, collections of patient account balances, receipts all hospital funds received, and preparing daily deposit. Educational Requirements:

• High School Graduate

• One year experience in a business office setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Accounting/ Cashiering experience preferred.

• Computer Processing Knowledge
• Ability to provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
