As key member of our Outpatient Services team our PSR you'll

• Be first point of contact for patients.You'll meet and greet patients, register patients, collect co-pay, and schedule appointments.
• You'll perform administrative Office functions for Primary Care, Heart Center and Surgical Center as needed
• Perform as communicate daily with patients and medical staff
• Manage patient referrals, perform medical coding, and process insurance claims

Our PSR Requires:

• HS diploma or GED
• AAS Medical Office Assistant preferred
• Previous reception experience is required, preferably in medical office
• Medical terminology experience preferred
