**What You Will Be Responsible For:**

Qualifications

**What You Will Need:**

* Knowledge of **PATIENT SAFETY** science principles, theory, methods, standards and regulatory requirements and experience with patient safety analysis techniques (methods), including root cause analysis, cause and effect analysis, and failure mode and effect analysis.

* Knowledge of **HACCP guidelines** when assembling and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

* Ability to **USE DATABASE SOFTWARE** to enter, retrieve, sort, and filter information as necessary for reporting or report generation

**Qualifications - External**

**Education and Experience Required:**

+ High School diploma

+ 1 year food service experience

***LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:***

* Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire
