The Patient Service Representative- Float supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments. This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests. The Patient Service Representative Float Pool will have varying schedules, start and end times, and work locations to support immediate staffing needs throughout NMG. Responsibilities:Scheduled hours will vary and are dependent on the needs within the organization, must be flexible with scheduled start and end times with minimal notice to fill immediate staffing needs.
