Come Join our Internal Medicine Team in Kankakee as a Patient Service Rep! Work Location - 555 W. Court St. Suite 400 Kankakee, IL - Work Schedule - Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00 pm or 9:00-5:30 pm CST. No holidays or weekends Responsibilities Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Answering phone calls and responsible for appointment scheduling. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School diploma or equivalent required .. Minimum of one year experience in customer service .. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred .. Current BLS certificate.
