The Patient Service Representative II provides friendly, efficient, and accurate patient experience by demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and using technology to manage patient care including registration, appointment scheduling, assisting other clinical specialties, and assistance with a variety of departmental projects and clerical duties. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Ability to prioritize work and management time efficiently. Obtains demographic and insurance information from patient and inputs data accurately into the patient management system. Obtains required signatures on consents and distribute patient information and compliance literature. Processes and maintains all schedules for the area of responsibility, communicates schedule changes as needed. Ability to analyze and recognize trends/issues and escalates to management.
