What Youll Be Doing:

Own the First Impression Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins. Master the Details Collect and verify patient information, insurance, and payments. Keep Things Running Smoothly Maintain organized records, troubleshoot registration issues, and support clinical teams. Be a Problem Solver Navigate insurance processes, answer patient questions, and provide top-tier service.

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in healthcare front office 2+ years of scheduling, insurance verification, or patient services. Tech-savviness Familiarity with EMR systems and strong data entry skills.
