Our advanced, comprehensive dental practice in beautiful Lancaster, Pennsylvania is actively seeking a high-energy, team-oriented individual who has a proven track record of success in schedule coordination and dental administration. Work Location: Lancaster, PA Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Flexible with Monday-Thursday) 8:15 AM- 5 PM Compensation: Commensurate w/ Experience Benefits: Medical, PTO & Sick-Time, 401K w/Match, Holidays Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, cancel and reschedule patient appointments for routine office visits, consultations, treatments
  • Review schedule throughout the day and the next two weeks, to ensure each provider is strategically scheduled to goal
  • Coordinate and follow-up on patient referrals and transfers to and from other practices
  • Coordinate pre-medication and prescription(s) as directed by the doctor
  • Confirm doctor and hygiene appointments following the Confirmation Policy of the practice
  • Contact late patients following the Late Patient Policy of the practice
  • Contact patients that missed their appointment following the Missed Appointment Policy of the practice.
  • Reactivate patients who don't reschedule or miss their appointment following the Reactivation Policy of the practice.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of dental office experience
  • Dental office front-desk experience preferable
  • Dentrix experience preferable
  • Experience discussing dental procedures, insurance, treatment plans
  • Collections and payments experience
