Come join us!Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Receptionist / Patient Representative driven to create an delightful customer service experience from the moment a client steps through our doors while ensuring the smooth operation of a growing women's health practice. You are warm, welcoming, attentive, outgoing, customer service and detail-oriented, organized, and eager to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity. You are eager to leave a smile on the patient's face after they interact with you and are willing to go above and beyond to create a wonderful experience. What you'll do You are the first person our clients see when they walk through the door. You provide a warm, welcoming face of the practice, greeting and supporting clients from our welcome desk.
