McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Patient Registration Rep for its Marshalltown clinic location. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: greeting, instructing, registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors. Responsible for answering patient billing questions, taking payments, balancing cash drawer and working misc reports. Give general information on clinic services in accordance with McFarland Clinic Employee-Level Vision related behaviors. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package Education + High School Diploma, GED or HiSET Days: Monday - Friday. Hours: 8:15 AM - 5:15 (hours may vary slightly) Experience + Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills. + Customer service experience and working with the public required. + Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
