A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Patient Registration Clerk Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 2 Months Location: Baldwin Park, CA 91706 (Shift – 5AM - 1:30PM) As a Patient Registration Clerk, you will: Serves as the first point of contact for members and patients, assisting them through the registration process with minimal direct supervision. Demonstrates proper cash handling and reconciliation practices in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Prioritizes member and patient needs, fostering productive relationships through empathy and responsiveness. Actively seeks to understand member/patient circumstances, expectations, and concerns. Builds rapport and maintains cooperative relationships, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Experience in public-facing roles, clerical work, or reception. Minimum one year of experience in cash handling, balancing, or reconciliation. Proficiency in using multiple business software applications simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and verbal communication abilities. Comfort with frequent public interaction. Basic math proficiency. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM and 10-key proficiency.
