Job Location : Baltimore,MD, USA
The Menu Concierge obtains meal orders and arranges delivery of all food needs to patients with the goal of providing the highest level of personal interaction and satisfaction with food services. This person also offers assistance to complete selections to those patients needing assistance, and offers alternate foods to patients who have any issues with their meals, providing quick solutions and personal attention. Prior proven excellence in customer service skills, high-level interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and basic technology skills will be required.

Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED 2 years in some aspect of customer service Basic understanding of foodservice and diet or ability to quickly learn. Use of baseline technology or ability to quickly learn.
