Obtain patients signature on specific forms. Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required. Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner. Cooperate and coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient deliveries. Meet expectations for customer satisfaction and anticipates customer needs. Deliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in timely, safe and accountable manner. Promote UPMC culture by providing quality, comprehensive services to all customers through a team approach. Complete daily log in a timely manner. Assist in preparing packing lists/delivery tickets. Accept assignments willingly. Ensure that completed packing list/delivery tickets are forwarded to reimbursement. Assist in preparing orders for delivery. Perform various duties, such as shipping, receiving, and general warehouse cleaning. Cooperate with other staff members when planning and organizing operations services.
