Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Previous medical, administrative, call center and customer service experience
- Proficient PC skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Work Environment
- Work will primarily occur in a phone room setting
- Work is performed in an office environment that requires working in proximity to other employees and patients.
- The office is air conditioned as well as heated.
- Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants is possible.
- Fast-paced environment including frequent interruptions.
- Frequent sitting, with occasional walking, standing and bending.
- Mobility may include access through a multi-level facility, including climbing stairs.
- Mobility may include coverage of multiple sites, transportation necessary.
