Performs patient observation, documents patient care and response to care and communicates significant information to the registered nurse and other appropriate team members. Essential Functions. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Consults with and keeps supervisor informed of unit activities, needs, and problems related to patient care. Provide basic care to non-acutely ill patients.
