Job Summary: As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide direct, hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, playing a critical support role in dialysis treatment delivery. This position is essential to ensuring quality care and clinical accuracy within a hospital environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse
• Accurately document treatment data and clinical changes
• Assist nurses with patient assessments and corresponding documentation
• Monitor and log dialysis parameters on flow sheets
• Alert supervisors to significant patient condition changes
• Support emergency operational protocols as needed
• Initiate basic CPR during cardiac/pulmonary emergencies
• Respond promptly to dialysis-related emergency situations

Required Experience:

• Completion of a hemodialysis training program
• Current CPR certification

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Prior patient care experience in a hospital or related healthcare setting

Required Skills:

• Direct patient care support
• Dialysis equipment monitoring
• Basic life support/CPR

Preferred Skills:

• Hemodialysis training experience
• Clinical documentation
• Acute care responsiveness

Additional Skills :

• Observation of patient conditions
• Emergency response readiness
