Dialysis experience is not required; we spend the first 9-12 weeks of employment in classroom and hands-on training! Must be comfortable working around blood and needles. All clinicians must be flexible to work 3-4 shifts per week, rotating Saturdays. Schedules are made 3-4 weeks in advance, shifts are 10-12 hrs.
