Job Summary and Qualifications:

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering essential support and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your hands-on care brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it mostand helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing care for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and assisting with movement, to keep patients comfortable and supported
• Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and sharing updates with the nursing team to support timely, informed care
• Maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms by following infection prevention standards and keeping the environment organized
• Preparing patients for procedures and responding promptly to call lights and patient needs
• Creating a positive experience by communicating clearly, showing empathy, and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
