Patient Care Tech Night Shift - Specialists Hospital : Job Details

Position OverviewWork with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care in a variety of health care settings. This is a night shift position, working 12 hour shifts.Essential Job FunctionsAssist with patient treatments as directed by nursing and physician staffAssist with patient care planning and patient assessmentAssist with recording of vital signs, height, and weight, input/output.Assist with patient nutritional needs-delivery of food trays, feeding as needed, additional nourishmentAssist with patient mobility-turning and positioning, ambulation, and transferring to wheelchair as neededAssist with patient dischargingAssist with patient ADL'S-including bathing, dressing, grooming.
