Your Role as a Patient Care Specialist:

• Assist nurses with patient care and treatment needs, including daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Prepare patients for transport and communicate concerns to the nursing staff.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to support personalized recovery plans.
• Celebrate patient milestones and achievements on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification required.
