• Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in VA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus but not required.
