Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, registering, and discharging patients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Cross-train and assist with back-office responsibilities as required.
  • Accurately collect and input patient demographics and financial information during registration.
  • Verify and update patient insurance information in real-time.
  • Stay informed about medical insurance plans, including co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff to facilitate a smooth patient flow.
  • Retrieve and coordinate medical records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Support new employee training through job shadowing and guidance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office environment to enhance the clinic atmosphere.
  • Qualifications:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience; medical office experience preferred.
    • Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
