💼 What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointments, referrals, and care coordination

  • Schedule and manage patient visits, follow-ups, and specialty services

  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, nurses, and departments

  • Help patients understand their care plans, insurance, and billing questions

  • Follow up on missed appointments and send timely reminders

  • Accurately document patient interactions in the EHR while maintaining confidentiality

  • Work closely with the care team to identify and overcome barriers to care

  • Participate in team huddles and improvement projects to elevate the patient experience

🧠 What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate degree or healthcare certification (CNA, MA) required

  • Experience in patient coordination, healthcare admin, or customer service preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems, and insurance processes

  • Strong multitasking, scheduling, and organizational skills
