We are currently looking for our next reliable and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. Your Mission (should you choose to accept it) : • Greet patients like they're long-lost friends • Master the schedule like a Tetris pro (but in Dentrix, of course) • Handle phones, insurance verifications, and the occasional emergency with grace • Be the glue that holds our tooth-loving team together Responsibilities : • Schedule appointments strategically and manage the calendar for multiple providers & hygienists • Verify insurance benefits and handle billing inquiries • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communication • Maintain patient records and confidentiality • Present treatment with confidence • Collect and process payments • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Qualifications : • Previous administrative experience in a dental office • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology • Excellent verbal and written communication • Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) • Professional demeanor and appearance • Obsessed with detail - But still know how to roll with the punches What We Offer: • An open ear to always be heard for a supportive and collaborative team • Opportunity for growth within the company • Benefits: Medical, vision, 401K, In House Dental, PTO, Paid holidays • Free and/or discounted 'In House' Dental Services • Competitive pay (because we know your worth!) • A team that feels like friends Still reading?
