We have full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available for days, evenings, and nights, with opportunities in Med Surg, Oncology, Ortho/Spine, Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, & Telemetry/Stroke units.

As a Patient Care Associate, you will work closely under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care through various multi-skilled services, ensuring that each patient receives the attention they need. This position is structured in a high-activity environment with multiple priorities, requiring flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required – comprehensive training will be provided on-site
  • Successful completion of PCT-specific HHC orientation is mandatory
  • Certified BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) must be obtained within 2 months (60 days) of hire or transfer
  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED
  • Some relevant experience in an acute care hospital environment is advantageous
  • Certification as a C-PCT/A, EMT, or CMA is necessary for advancement within the clinical ladder
