Your Role as a Patient Care Associate:

• Assist nurses with patient care and treatment activities, including personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepare and transport patients, ensuring effective communication of any concerns to nursing staff.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, addressing their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Celebrate milestones and victories achieved by our patients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification required.
