About The Job:The Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training Program is a temporary position for colleagues hired into the PCT Training Program without experience or training as a Certified Nursing Assistant. The PCT Training Program is 75 hours in length, inclusive of classroom, skills lab and clinical hours. Under direct supervision, the PCT in training will assist the clinical staff in the provision of patient care. These duties may vary by shift or may be unit-specific.
