The Emergency Department Patient and Family Clinical Liaison serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team. The PFCL enhances communication between the healthcare team and patients and their families by interpreting and explaining hospital processes, providing frequent status updates pertaining to the patient's treatment plan, and resolving patient problems and concerns.

Pay Range: $17.89 - $25.04
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
