The Patient Access Specialist is dedicated to providing the first impression for our patients, providers, and customers contributing to a positive patient experience. The Patient Access Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating the patient flow from check -in to check-out. This position ensures that all information is complete and accurate to establish and maintain a patient record required for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes. Education/ Experience/ Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare highly preferred, medical front office experience highly preferred. Must have intermediate computer skills with Google Suite. Previous insurance billing experience highly preferred. Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
