Insurance Verification & Authorization: Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, identifying primary and secondary plans, communicating financial responsibilities to patients, and initiating/following up on prior authorizations. Customer Service & Communication: Providing excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, managing wait times, de-escalating difficult situations, and collaborating with clinical staff. Medical Front Desk Operations: Managing phone calls, maintaining the front desk area, adhering to HIPAA regulations, and processing patient payments.
