Day to **

Insight Global is seeking a Patient Access Registration Rep to join the #1 orthopedic hospital in the nation. This person will be floating around different areas of the hospital such as Radiology, or Physician Practices that are under the supervision of their manager. The main responsibilities of this role are providing exceptional customer service to patients, updating patient information in EPIC, benefit verifications, triage incoming calls and scheduling/rescheduling appointments. This individual must be reliable and motivated as they will be in a front line position that plays a crucial role in patient care. Proper training will be provided to ensure comfortability with each area this person may float to.
