Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Houston for a Patient Access Representative II (Facial Plastic Surgery). The Patient Access Representative II will handle tasks such as insurance verification, patient registration, and managing patient information. The role also requires effective communication with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Insurance Verification and Medical Terminology skills
• Patient Registration and Typing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills: Strong interest in cosmetic and reconstructive care and familiarity with clinical equipment.
