Qualifications: Candidates should have engineering or scientific expertise, a demonstrable interest in patent prosecution (e.g., passed the patent bar or willing to do so within 6 months), and experience in IP legal settings. A graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, material sciences, or similar, along with strong academic credentials and references, is required. Industry experience in electronics, semiconductors, wireless communications, AI/ML, software, materials, or medical devices is preferred.
