Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Patent Agent to join the Mechanical Team of the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta, Georgia.

• 3 or more years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing and research skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Team-oriented mindset
• Preferred knowledge of other forms of intellectual property
• Preferred international and IP litigation support experience
• Must be a member of the USPTO
