Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a patent agent with at least 3 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in New York, Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC. The salary for this position is between $120k to $200k.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience including patent portfolio analysis, due diligence and other IP transactional work.
• Experience in PTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.
• Background in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, material science or related medical device technology.
• USPTO admission is required.
• Excellent academic credentials.
