Pastry Prep RoleWe're looking for a dedicated AM Pastry Prep team member to support our pastry production team. This role focuses on preparing and assembling ingredients for our baked goods and ensuring our pastry kitchen runs smoothly each morning. You'll help scale recipes, portion doughs, and prep a variety of items such as croissants, scones, muffins, and fillings—all while upholding our high standards for quality and cleanliness.

Pastry Prep Responsibilities:

  • Scale and prepare ingredients for daily pastry production

  • Assist with dough shaping, folding, and portioning

  • Prepare fillings, toppings, and components like compotes, streusel, or custards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep area

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Communicate and collaborate with bakers and pastry team to support efficient production

What We're Looking For - Pastry Prep Team Member:

  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working early mornings in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of kitchen tools, food prep, and measurements

  • Previous food service or bakery experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pastry Prep Schedule:

  • Early morning shifts, generally starting between 4:00–6:00 AM

  • Weekend and holiday availability required
