As a Pastry and Bread Specialist at Panera, your key responsibilities will include:

• Baking a variety of bread and pastries daily to match the needs of your bakery-cafe.
• Upholding our high standards for flavor and quality.
• Carrying out stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
• Strictly following health and food safety standards.
• Providing support to your manager and team whenever necessary.
• Contributing to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• You have a basic understanding of food safety, with completion of training and a Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• You are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• While performing this job, you will:
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to push and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
