The ideal candidate has priorexperience in automotive dealership operationsand a strong understandingof bothwholesale and retail parts operations.Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts departmentSupervise and train parts staff to meet performance goalsMaintain proper inventory levels, place orders, and manage returnsSupport the service department with accurate and timely parts deliveryBuild and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customersMonitor department profitability and drive sales growthEnsure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an automotive dealership parts departmentStrong knowledge of wholesale and retail parts operationsPrevious management or supervisory experience preferredProficiency with dealership DMS systems (We use Automate)Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsValid driver's license
