Parts Counter - Lyle Machinery : Job Details

Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly,professional, and efficient manner - Inform customers of companion part requirements while ensuring the customer isexposed to the full product line - Answer incoming phone calls and counter inquiries, providing price quotes and otherinformation as needed - Perform intake and pick up on rental items - Keep an up-to-date listing of all company inventory - Pull and fill orders from stock - Unloading of whole goods freight - Learn and execute financing options in order to assist customers - Conduct a physical final check of rentals prior to pick up - Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish assigned inventory daily - Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork - Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization - Assist outside sales representatives with their orders - Perform cycle counts and physical inventory as specified - Manage department financials and goal optimiza...Counter, Parts, Manufacturing, Construction, Inventory
