Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dealership or retail auto parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a high-functioning service and sales team. Our ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and friendly—with the ability to quickly source parts, manage inventory accurately, and support both technicians and retail customers with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities: Assist technicians with parts requests, pulling and dispatching parts accurately and quickly Greet retail customers, identify parts needs, and provide exceptional service at the counter or by phone Check in, stock, and organize incoming inventory Help track special orders, backorders, and returns Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mopar/Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram parts catalog and accessories Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability and order accuracy Assist with inventory counts, organization, and vendor relationships Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an auto dealership or retail parts counter role preferred Familiarity with Stellantis/Mopar parts systems is a strong plus Comfortable with CDK or other dealership DMS platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team player who can manage multiple requests under pressure Professional, customer-friendly demeanor Forklift Certifications are a strong plus What We Offer: Competitive pay depending on experience Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Clean, modern facility with strong leadership and team support Family-owned, growing dealership culture with long-term opportunity Join a team where your skills matter and your reliability is rewarded.
