Parts Administrator - TransChicago Truck Group : Job Details

The Corporate Inventory Administrator is responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering, and managing reports for truck part inventory.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manages invoice process; print, posts and reconciles
• Match packing slips and files accordingly
• Maintains the DOT drive for all dealerships
• Create purchase orders, verify receipt, and resolve any errors
• Process parts orders for all dealerships
• Place special orders and update CDK with details
• Process warranty claims, resolve discrepancies and manage paperwork
• Reviews parts receivable schedules and update report as directed
• Runs various CDK reports, review and correct discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or required experience:

• Prior truck parts knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $22-25/hr. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.
