Weare looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!About the Role:Dr. Squatch is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join the Brand Team and support our efforts in acquiring new customers and growing our awareness through brand partnerships, and influencer marketing.This role will report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing and work collaboratively across all internal teams and extensively with external partners.This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California.The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $65,000 to $85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.What You'll Do:Support partnership efforts across licensed brand partnerships, IRL brand partnerships, and influencer marketing.Be the point of contact for all client requirements and issues on multiple workstreamsIdentify new partner opportunities, ideation/creative concepting, assist in performance measurement and qualitative analysis of launches.Assist with campaign performance analysis and reporting across platforms.Accounting and finance support through billing and contractual reviews of all areas of partnerships.Stay on top of upcoming cultural moments and upcoming trends for new opportunities.About You:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Influencer or Partnerships.Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnershipExperience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.Self-starter with a bias toward action, high standards, and ownership mindset.You get things done without perfect resources, are innovative and work with a sense of urgency.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.You have high standards, take ownership of your work and are invested in the outcomeYou proactively help others, stay positive and have a good sense of humorExperience working in consumer products industry highly preferred.#LI-TC1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-FULLTIMEWho We Are:Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
