Job Title: Partnership Specialist

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 3 Months + possibility of extension

Pay: $44.00 - $46.55/hourly

About the Role

As a key member of the Partnership Accounting team, you will provide world-class service to the firm's Financial Advisors (FAs). This role focuses on educating and guiding FAs to make informed decisions about new partnership opportunities. You will handle inquiries via phone or scheduled appointments, review business plan scenarios, and advise on compensation, healthcare options, tax considerations, and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisors by providing analyses to inform their decisions.
  • Leverage accounting and tax knowledge to prepare individual tax returns.
  • Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related certifications for tax return preparation.
  • Experience or certifications in individual tax return preparation.
  • Ability to analyze detailed information and provide sound advice.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professionalism, ability to reach agreements, and a caring attitude.
  • Ability to respond confidently and clearly to callers and in writing.
  • Capacity to multi-task, follow up, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and compensation information.
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
