We're looking for people who think boldly, act fast, and want to shape the future of global entrepreneurship.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in the FinTech industry and the greater business ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will help drive growth by building and managing high-impact partnerships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry influencers. You are someone who has existing relationships, can identify and approach new partners, and, importantly, integrate them into our ecosystem.You will play a central role in shaping Bizmonis partnership strategy, identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating agreements, and aligning efforts with core business goals.   • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships in the FinTech sector and broader ecosystem
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Bizmonis growth roadmap
  • Own the full partnership lifecyclefrom outreach and negotiation to onboarding and performance management
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to integrate partner initiatives
  • Monitor and report on partner performance with actionable insights and clear KPIs
  • Represent Bizmoni at virtual and in-person events to grow our network and brand
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or business development (ideally in fintech or financial services)
  • Proven track record of negotiating, launching, and scaling successful partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the financial services, FinTech, E-com industries and partnership ecosystems
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to turn market data into strategic plans
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
