Global law firm hiring Tax Manager to lead equity partner tax operations, from onboarding and foreign tax allocations to audit support and strategic collaboration across firm leadership. This role demands deep expertise in partnership accounting, strong interpersonal skills, and a CPA.

What You'll Do •

• Lead tax processes for equity partners (onboarding, elections, foreign tax allocations)
• Manage annual tax info packages for active, retired & former partners
• Oversee non-resident US partner tax filings with external providers
• 💰 Track partner receivables/payables & maintain tax reserves
• Resolve IRS/tax notices with precision
• Review journal entries & support global audit schedules
• 🤝 Build strong relationships across Finance leadership & external advisors
• Drive operational efficiency & internal controls
• Lead special projects with impact

Qualifications:

• CPA required✅
• Experience in professional services or Big Four firm
• Deep knowledge of partnership models & cash-basis accounting
• Excel wizard
