Partner, M&A - Linklaters LLP : Job Details

Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Partner, M&A in NY, NY to lead & manage corp. team along w/ other partners in group, providing strategic direction & mentoring jr lawyers. REQ'MTS: LLM or foreign equiv. Exp in job offered or rel. occupation must incl 8 yrs of progressively responsible exp at int'l law firm: practicing corp. M&A law; advising fin'l sponsors, sovereign wealth funds & large US & non-US corporations on all aspects of M&A, joint ventures, & investment transactions. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $650,000 & $800,000, 40 hrs/wk & represents firm's good faith & reasonable estimate of range of possible compensation at time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors incl, but not limited to, candidate's relevant exp, performance, qualifications, as well as needs of firm.
