Our client, a full-service law firm with 21 attorneys, is seeking a Partner with a portable book of business ($350k+) to join their growing practice. They pride themselves on fostering a family-friendly culture, strong collaboration, and work-life balance while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Summary:

Their attorneys counsel clients in Healthcare Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate/Business Law, Employment Law, Litigation, and Estate Planning/Elder Law. With a recent expansion of 2,000 sq. ft. of office space and only one office currently available, we are open to acquiring additional space for the right candidates—especially if multiple partners join.

Who They're Looking For

• A Partner-level attorney with an established book of business of $350,000+.
• Open to all practice areas, with a strong preference for Commercial Real Estate.
• Someone who values collaboration, flexibility, and long-term growth.

Interview Process

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $500,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
