Purpose:This position manages relations for construction management, general contractors, and clients. The purpose of this position is to aid business development efforts to maximize company operations.Meet with decision makers to spread awareness, brand, services, and build connections.Ensure that company vision, core values, goals, purpose, safety, and culture are being driven, exemplified, shared, and taught with consistency. Essential functions and responsibilities:Continuously tracks opportunities/leads, foster relationships, and measures successful conversions from leads to contractsAwareness of market trends, and knowledge of company servicesUnderstands client business objectives and challenges to promote solutionsOrganizes and delivers presentations to key stakeholdersMaintains a broad industry network of high-level contacts in the marketTravels nationally around 75% and participates in achieving company initiatives, business development goals, and support to executive teamProven track record of building partnerships and relationshipsWork hard/play hard environment; put in your dues up front for top growth and earnings!Hybrid schedule: Monday and Tuesday in office.
