This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role involves leading nationwide facilities expansion for 2 Hour Learning, including managing multi-million dollar budgets and guiding a team of professionals to deliver rapid growth and high-impact educational facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead our national expansion by orchestrating 25-30 simultaneous campus launches with military precision
• Command a high-caliber team including an SVP, multiple VPs, and support staff while maintaining full P&L accountability
• Architect and implement cutting-edge facility standards that seamlessly blend security, functionality, and learning optimization
• Pioneer AI-enhanced operational systems that will revolutionize how we scale our physical presence
• Work directly with our founder while synchronizing efforts across legal, financial, and compliance teams to meet aggressive deadlines

• Playing it safe from an advisory position - you're the decision-maker and execution leader
• Getting lost in individual facility details - your vision and impact must be nationwide

Partner Key Responsibilities

Lead the nationwide facilities strategy and execution, ensuring each campus becomes a beacon of educational excellence through timely delivery, operational excellence, and AI-powered systems that set new industry standards.

Basic Requirements

• A decade or more of battle-tested operational leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in executing complex, time-sensitive, multi-location projects with significant stakes
• Extensive experience leading construction, renovation, and systems implementation at a national/global level
• Proven expertise in standardized facility rollouts where timing and consistency were paramount
• Track record of building and leading high-impact teams with full P&L responsibility
• Superior strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure in high-growth environments
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and capability to travel 25% of the time

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Prior success scaling regulated businesses across multiple locations
• Background in expanding educational, retail, or healthcare operations where facilities played a crucial role
• Experience developing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
