Part Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) - Mitchell Martin : Job Details

One of our client is seeking an Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Location : Bronx, NY Type: Full Time RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide comprehensive women's health services, including Pap smears, birth control counseling, and basic gynecological care. See an average of 20 patients per day (3 per hour) in a fee-for-service model. Work independently without an MD on-site, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for patient compliance. Utilize ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR for documentation (similar to Epic). Ensure patient education and culturally competent care, with support staff available as translators. No pain management: may address controlled substance concerns as needed. Stay engaged in patient follow-ups, including checking lab results on non-clinical days. Support & Resources - Staff available for translation, and ECW EMR system used (like Epic) Qualifications: Licensed WHNP in NY with some prior women's health experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting. Comfortable seeing a high volume of patients daily. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR preferred.
